| Key purpose of the role (describes why the role exists): Increasing Business
through bringing in new schools and there by achieving the budgeted revenue
and number of schools.
Reports to: Functionally (practice based structure): Territory head - ICS
Channel.
Administratively (project based structure): Territory head - ICS
Channel.
Roles reporting (to the position):

Administratively (project based structure): None
Key Responsibilities (These are critical make or break areas, which define
the scope of work):
Client Management: Understand customer requirement / be able to position the right.
products (Product Mix) in consultation with the BDM. Build relationship and rapport with the customer.
Qualification of school based on the SPEED process.
Generating and enrolling Budgeted number of schools into the organisation
SCHOOL programme.
Recognizing the revenue from the schools.
Collection from the customer / school.
Getting the agreement generated by the organization and signed by
the customer.
Building relationship with the customer.
Process Management : Reporting no. of calls per day, funnel stage, updating and
maintaining Sales MIS daily.
Organizing local marketing events to create and move funnel in
consultation with BDM.
Finalization of agreements with school
Revenues realization by implementing revenue funnel process.
Additional responsibilities (This should not take more than 20% of the role
holder\'s time. These are areas which could be part of the individual\'s
structured development plan):
1. Collect, update and maintain list of schools in assigned territory,
and map to SPEEED process
2. Preparing themselves and presenting the Market status, Competition,
Performance in assigned territory to the management.
3. Attending training sessions and review meetings.
4. Creating CTN necessary for enabling the billing to happen. |
